Questions: Is VicRoads Customer Service Centres open?

Currently yes, VicRoads customer service centres are still open for licence renewals etc. More info can be found here on this: https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/coronavirus.

VicRoads are working on a solution for licence renewals that will move the service on-line, instead of customers needing to come in for a new photo, however, this won’t be launched until around mid-April.
